Ashland Ski Area and various other peaks are just a short drive away.

KESTREL PARK
Kestrel Park in Ashland, Oregon is a destination neighborhood bordered by Bear Creek and only a short stroll from beautiful North Mountain Park. Sunset views and close proximity to downtown are a few of the many amenities at Kestrel Park. Set in a tranquil neighborhood you’ll find views of the Siskiyou mountains and Ashland hills.
The first phase of the Kestrel Park addition will include 15 single-family houses and 15 cottages. The second and third phases will have 48 units, including townhouses and cottages.
The 15-acre development is located in north-central Ashland near North Mountain Avenue, bordered on the west and south by Bear Creek and on the north by the Meadowbrook Park II addition.
Green areas in the development include preserved wetlands and a small, grassy park space near the cottages. The city plans to build a pedestrian bridge that would allow the Bear Creek Greenway path to cross the creek about 70 yards south of East Nevada Street and continue along the west side of the creek in the green space provided by KDA Homes.

Phillips Corner
This was a unique project for KDA Homes—we partnered with a local family selling their homestead property who wanted a developer who could preserve the historic house and still meet Ashland’s need for higher density affordable housing. KDA specializes in this type of development, so after almost a year in planning, we arrived at a concept that delivered high-quality residential units and a fully refurbished and updated1909 Craftsman-style home. We partnered with Adroit Construction, an exceptional residential and commercial builder with over 33 years of local experience to build out Phillips Corner.
There are 26 townhomes all together–19 are two-story units with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths ranging from 1,148 square feet to 1,300 square feet. There is one 856 square foot, 2-bedroom walkup above its own double garage. There are also six 2-bedroom, 1-bath townhomes with a 1-bedroom 1-bath accessory dwelling above. You can live in one and rent out the other or rent them both. The 2-bedroom units are 698 square feet and the 1-bedroom units are 498 square feet.
